I made a conscious decision to work on and with people. 

My aim is to enable us all to work together in healthy relationships, structures and forms.

In the spirit of Michael Jackson, my motto here is “start with the man in the mirror.”

 

The topics of health and wealth through international collaboration are embedded in my family.  At the age of 28, I was a doctor of anthropology in the field of migration, ageing and intercultural communication in business and healthcare contexts. Individual and collective identity formation processes in transition - that was my home turf.

At international conferences, I got to know exciting personalities and projects and presented my own research and ideas for a better future for us all.

And I wanted to put them into practice! 

 

​​At the age of 30, I swapped my scientific career and pure training activities in educational institutions and companies for project management in international IT and business transformations.  In leading roles, I led international project teams to success and built up various global change agent teams through stimulating moderation and effective communication structures. The largest projects were during my time at the Indian IT services giant Tata Consultancy Services. 

During my early days in IT and business transformations, I searched for the technical tools and organizational forms that would truly enable us to be human at work in increasing complexity. Today I use them in a wonderful network of professionally and personally very diverse and yet like-minded people. Together we unravel the threads and weave a global connecting network of those who want to see themselves and others win and shine with passion, love and commitment.

In the digital world of work, technology, form and content are forging new connections at an ever-increasing pace.

Complex leadership and communication skills are required to remain capable of acting here.
