The game of our time is called "find your flow to thrive in complexity". The heart, mind, soul and spirit of many play together here. Success requires a clear attitude and structure in leadership.
Promoting future-oriented collaboration
To build global teams in organizations and make them fit for the next level of complexity, I prefer to work with the human-centered approaches from anthropology and the resulting ARON® method. Depending on the level of scaling, I combine these with the methodological and architectural approach of the kyona Group.
Scaling follows a natural development path. In today's world, this is happening faster and faster. Depending on the degree of complexity of the task to be solved, companies have to position themselves differently. This is where the kyona approach offers a groundbreaking catalyst effect, while at the same time firmly anchoring the know-how in your company.
As an anthropologist, I know that people, structure and technology in companies must always be interlinked in such a way that leadership contributes to complexity competence. This can happen more through individuals or more structurally emergent through the relationship network of the organization. The ARON® method of analysis, roadmap, optimization and navigation is also used here:
